Health Is Always No. One

Even though modern people keep saying that health is always No. One in life, however, as long as it has something to do with beauty, a lot of girls will totally forget their healthy lifestyle and rush to the road of being beautiful, only that on the wrong direction.

I always feel worried when I meet a skinny girl on the street, and sometimes even cannot help but want to support her because it looks to me a strong wind can blow her down. In my eyes a girl who is morbidly skinny can never be called as a pretty girl, on the contrary, a confident and energetic girl who can send out a young and healthy flavor is the most beautiful creature.

Having a balanced diet is super important for one’s health. Many girls may skip breakfast because they want to lose weight or they get up too late in morning. As a matter of fact, no-breakfast is not only harmful to the health but also will make people to eat more in lunch which is not good for weight-losing. Try to eat three meals on time everyday and do not be picky about foods. It is good for girls to eat vegetables in dark color such as carrots, cauli-flower and tomatoes. As long as you do not eat too much, there is little chance that you will be bothered by over-weight.

Keeping doing exercises everyday. Modern girls are forced to bear more pressure, either from study, work or life. Doing exercises can have them to relieve pressure and strengthen their bodies. Just do some jogging or walking for half an hour everyday will be good. Or girls can also choose some special sports like yoga and dancing, because they are not only beneficial for health but also can improve girls’ body shapes and make them to be more graceful.

Do not smoke or drink too much. I feel extremely sorry for the girl who is covered with strong tobacco smoke or who comes home very late fully drunk. Every girl should have a smell which belongs to her only, but the smell should be fresh and fragrant, not stinky smoke or wine smells. What’s more, smoking and drinking is great health killer, which girl wants herself to get cancers in a very young age just because their bad smoking or drinking habits? If you love yourself very much, then quit those bad habits.

Pay close attention to your period. Many girls do not pay attention to their periods and still touch cold water or eat cold drinks in the special week every month. However, period is very important for a girl’s health and if you do not act carefully in those days, it will be easy to get illnesses when getting old. As most people know, girls cannot touch or eat anything cold in those days, and it is also not good to drink strong tea or coffee. Do not do strong exercises and keep a happy mood.

No matter what, girl, please place health in the No. One all the time, that is the most significant thing of loving yourself.
