Hold a Party for Mum

March 5th, 2010 -- Posted in Home & Family | No Comments »

Since I was born, mum held every birthday party for me. I’ve already had twenty parties. On my birthday, all my friends come to my home and celebrate for me. They bring me blesses and gifts. Of course, my parents prepare gifts that I like for me too. Now, the thanksgiving is coming and my mother’s birthday approaches too. I decide to hold a party for her and choose a present for her.

The present is very easy. I have come up with a good idea. That is GHD hair straightener. My mother likes to change her hairstyles often and complains that she herself is too busy to spend much time in hairdressing shops. She often says that if she can design hair styles by herself, it will be perfect. This time, I will make her dream come true. I will give her a GHD straightener as gift. It is good-looking and safe. She must like it very much.

What I am worried about is how to hold a party for my mother. First, the food is a difficult thing for me to prepare. I can buy some cooked food and drink. But I have to learn to cook small cakes and pastries by myself. Then I must consider about the decoration of the house. It’s really hard. I need some opinions and help from my friends. The pink balloons are necessary. My mother decorates the house every time before. Pink is our favorite color. It looks warm and full of love.

At last, what should I invite to this party? She invites my friends and classmates for me. Maybe I can invite her friends and colleagues. But I don’t know all her friends. If I ask her, it is not a surprise any more. I think she will not mind this. I decide to invite those people we both know. No matter my friends or her friends, she will be happy about this. Oh, I will invite all the relatives.

Now, my plan is already. I will tell this to my father in advance. He can give me much help, I believe. The birthday cake must be huge. I will make the most beautiful and largest cake in the world. My mother will be the happiest mother when eating the cake from her daughter. Sweet is the favor of my cake. Thus everything is ready; I expect the coming of my mother’s birthday.
